Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service covers an area of 142,900 square kilometres. About your role:

  • Provide high level/quality, proficient and confidential administrative/executive support to the Business Team, in a mature and professional manner which ensures the integrity and efficiency of the Office.
  • Undertake research, prepare, collate and format high-quality written correspondence. This may include correspondence such as letters, memorandums, emails, briefing notes, business cases, power point presentations and financial reports utilising appropriate corporate templates and within the necessary time frame.
  • Coordinate and assist (including compliance, quality control and completion of) documents pertaining to human resources, payroll, travel, contracts, procurement, finance and recruitment processes on behalf of the Business Team.
