Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify health priorities for contemporary care and practice and accountability for education and training development.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate policies, procedures, guidelines and standards of care.
  • Implement strategies in the capacity and capability building of staff through the lifelong learning framework and deliver specialist nursing programs, within a tele-health environment.
  • collect and analyse service data; reporting variances and benchmarking to align practice service with best practice. 

About you:

We are searching for someone who:

  • Is qualified and registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Health Authority (AHPRA) as a Register Nurse/Midwife.
  • Can demonstrate advanced knowledge of contemporary nursing theory, practice, education and outcomes.
  • Utilises education to build capacity, capability, engagement and motivation of nursing teams to understand the importance of providing evidence informed care.
