Sunbury State School is seeking a dedicated Primary teacher who values understanding the unique context of the school and its community. The role involves a Year 1/2 composite class, with a small Year 1 cohort, and would suit a teacher who can thoughtfully differentiate to meet diverse learning needs. Our staff are highly capable, enthusiastic, and welcoming, with many having deep personal connections to the school, creating a strong and passionate team culture. Located in the historic Maryborough region, the school offers a relaxed lifestyle with a strong sense of community and easy access to the Fraser Coast.

  • Desirable - 'essential skills for classroom management', trauma informed practice and an interest in teaching early years.
  • Relevant teaching qualification
  • Full or provisional QCT registration
  • Australian working rights or valid visa
