About the role
The Roster Support Officer provides dedicated rostering and workforce management support services and to line managers to achieve the optimal deployment of business unit resources.
Knowledge and experience with Workbrain and/or myHR is highly desirable. While not mandatory, rostering and/or payroll processing experience in a large complex service delivery environment is highly desirable.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated experience performing rostering and/or workforce management support activities in a large and complex service delivery environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of Queensland Health's Integrated Workforce Management Solution and relevant industrial instruments as they apply to various employment streams.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities in relation to rostering and workforce management transactional issues.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills and resilience including the ability to set priorities and achieve results in an environment of high workload and tight deadlines.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills including the ability to liaise and effectively negotiate with line managers and other team members
