Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Base salary range: $5557.50 to $5798.90 p.f. (HP5)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus great salary packaging options to increase take-home pay
  • Flexible working arrangements may be available

About your opportunity

  • Deliver advanced level clinical pharmacy services and provide human resource management support to the Medical Team within the Townsville University Hospital Pharmacy Department.
  • Influence clinical pharmacy practice by contributing to professional advocacy and leading clinical governance systems and processes that support high quality clinical pharmacy services.
  • Promote the safe, effective and efficient use of medicines in alignment with the goals, objectives and mission of the Townsville University Hospital and Health Service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a recognised tertiary institution (or equivalent).
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • A health-related postgraduate qualification and/or completion of the AdPha residency program is desirable.
