Your new role:
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to provide strategic and operational direction to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality addiction and mental health services.
- Lead and coordinate the Counselling and Psychosocial Supports (CAPS) team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centred care
- Provide operational management across clinical services, including workforce, financial and resource planning
- Drive service improvement, innovation and implementation of contemporary models of care
- Oversee complex case management, ensuring safe, effective and recovery-focused treatment outcomes
About you:
You are a confident and experienced clinical leader with a passion for delivering high-quality addiction and mental health services.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical expertise in addiction and/or mental health within a multidisciplinary environment
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams, resources and service delivery outcomes
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lead service improvement initiatives, research activities and innovative models of care
