The Manager, Digital and Online is a Brisbane based leadership role responsible for delivering high quality, customer focused digital channels across the department’s internet and intranet platforms. You will provide strategic advice to senior leaders, oversee the integrity and performance of digital products, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver contemporary, accessible and effective online services.
The Business and Corporate Partnership (BCP) division provides strategic advice, leads key programs implementation and delivers corporate services that enable the department to achieve its objectives. When you join BCP you will be partnering with

The Manager, Digital and Online (AO8) provides strategic leadership for the department's internet and intranet platforms, ensuring high quality, customer focused and accessible digital services. Based in Brisbane and operating within the Business and Corporate Partnership division, this role plays a key part in shaping how customers and employees engage with the department online.
In this role, you will lead and support a multidisciplinary digital and online team, providing clear direction, mentoring and performance management. You will advise senior leaders on digital strategy and online communication, oversee the delivery of digital projects, and ensure websites and online products meet government standards, accessibility requirements and customer expectations. You will work closely with stakeholders across the department to prioritise work programs, manage resources effectively and contribute to whole of government digital initiatives.
Success in this role looks like a high performing, engaged team delivering contemporary digital solutions on time and to a high standard. You will build strong relationships, lead through change with confidence, and continuously improve digital practices to support better outcomes for Queenslanders.
