Hospital in the home provides care in a patient's permanent or temporary residence for conditions that require ongoing clinical governance, monitoring and/or treatment, as a substitution for in-hospital admitted care.

About your opportunity:
In your new role you will...
- Provide consistent, safe and efficient occupational therapy services and case management when required, within an interprofessional team, under clinical practice supervision commensurate with experience.
- Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving abilities while working in varied and demanding caseloads.
- Effectively communicate with professional and operational supervisors, and internal and external stakeholders to optimise clinical services and consumer experience.
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure the provision of quality, cost effective healthcare.
- Provide clinical practice supervision, education, and mentoring of less experienced Occupational Therapists, allied health assistants, support staff and students with the guidance of senior clinical staff, assisting with core competency training and skill development.
