We are excited to welcome an Imaging Informatics Assistant to our Medical Imaging team!
This position is part of a multidisciplinary team and provides administrative and basic technical advice and support to clinical and other users of the systems in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legislation for multiple high-level Radiology Information systems in Medical Imaging within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge (or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and understand) Medical Imaging Informatics systems.
- Provide high level (Tier 1) application support for users of Medical Imaging Informatics systems.
- Coordinate the transfer of medical imaging objects to and from the Picture Archive Communication System (PACS) system and ensure this is conducted in compliance with patient privacy requirements.
Remuneration value up to $1,803 p.f. comprising salary rates: $47.18 - $51.98 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (Fixed term temporary part position, 30.4 hrs p.f. for 6 months, with possible extension).
