In this position you will focus on:

  • Wellbeing and behaviour management initiatives to support high quality educational outcomes for students in your year level cohort.
  • Development of quality teaching and learning; and nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, parents and education stakeholders.
  • Applying positive accountability and coaching processes to create positive change in teaching and learning practices of staff.
  • Positively impacting student learning outcomes, social emotional development and wellbeing.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be an effective communicator with excellent skills in developing positive relationships and able to function to a high standard in a team environment.
  • Possess a sound knowledge of Essential Skills of Classroom Management and knowledge of Positive Behaviour for Learning.
  • Be highly regarded if you have experience and demonstrated knowledge in classroom profiling and developing student wellbeing.
  • Have a fractional teaching load.
