Your new role:
Join a high-performing clinical team delivering exceptional patient-centred care within a dynamic surgical ward environment.
- Deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred nursing care across urology, orthopaedics, and broader specialties
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Take accountability for clinical decisions, delegation, and patient outcomes as a Nurse Grade 5
- Contribute to quality improvement, education, and evidence-based practice within the unit
About you:
You are a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, person-centred care with strong clinical judgement
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate care when required
- Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice
