Your new role:
Lead and shape the delivery of high-quality pharmacy operations within a major hospital setting.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across pharmacy services, including dispensary and inventory management
- Deliver advanced clinical advice and consultancy services to multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Lead, manage and support a team of pharmacists, assistants, and administrative staff
- Drive governance, quality improvement, and safe medication practices aligned with best practice standards
About you:
You are an experienced pharmacy leader with strong clinical expertise and a passion for driving service excellence.
- Registered Pharmacist with demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage operations, lead teams, and influence outcomes in a complex healthcare environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply independent professional judgement in clinical settings
- Commitment to quality improvement, governance, and delivering safe, patient-centred care
