About us:
Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service provide an extensive range of health services at more thatn 30 regional, rural and remote facilities across a geographical area of 142,900 square kilometres. The Health Service is 95 percent self-sufficient with only a small number of high- level acute services being provided in Townsville and Brisbane.
About your role:
- As a Registered nurse, you will work across all areas of the MPHS including Emergency, Ward, Aged Care and Clinic to meet operational requirements
- Ensure all aspects of person-centred care are met through effective assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of care, in consultation with patients, families and relevant healthcare team members to achieve person centred outcomes
