As the Manager, Internal Communications you will be responsible for leading a small team responsible for organisational communications, organisational change, organisational capability development, and organisational business support functions. 

You will: 
•    Lead, mentor and manage the communications, change, capability development and business support functional teams. 
•    Collaborate with senior leaders and create and manage content for internal communication channels. 
•    Oversee the organisation's internal communication platforms. 
•    Foster a positive organisational culture by planning, executing and promoting employee engagement activities. 
•    Assisting stakeholders to assess change impact and readiness, working with stakeholders to develop and recommend strategies for managing the organisational changes. 
•    Coordinating organisational wide capability development opportunities. 
•    Manage the business and executive support functions. 
•    Monitoring, managing and leading activities and resources in accordance with agreed plans, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken to deliver these activities within agreed timelines and budget. 
•    Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners to ensure successful outcomes. 
•    Proactively manage the work performance and personal conduct of your staff. 

We are looking for: 
•    Proven experience in leading and optimising team performance. 
•    Ability to lead the development of communication strategies to align to organisational goals and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams on organisational change matters.  
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines to achieve results while considering stakeholder needs. 
•    Demonstrated problem solving skills including the ability to independently research, analyse, develop options, and implement agreed solutions. 
•    Demonstrate initiative in achieving outcomes with an ongoing continuous improvement focus.
