The role: 

Reporting to the Principal Advisor Talent Acquisition, the Partner will deliver, monitor, and report on multiple project activities against agreed criteria.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and selection documentation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide timely recruitment advice aligned to project requirements.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including panels, interviews, and probity requirements.
  • Identify and engage candidates through targeted sourcing and talent pooling.
  • Maintain accurate systems and documentation to support reporting and governance.
  • Provide a high standard of candidate care and act as a key contact for enquiries.

You are a proactive recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality outcomes.

You will also bring:

  • Experience, or the ability to develop capability, in end-to-end recruitment (ideally ICT or project-based roles).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work within governance frameworks and maintain accurate records and reporting.

About Delivery Services Branch - eHealth Queensland:

The Delivery Services Branch is Queensland Health's trusted partner and advisor for digital health project delivery excellence. The branch includes three units:

  • Digital Health and Business Solutions
  • Digital Solutions Delivery Services
  • Digital Solutions and Technology
  • Clinical Program

The core function of the branch is to ensure successful delivery of major IT projects and initiatives to our customers across Queensland Health for the benefit of all Queenslanders. This function is critical to eHealth Queensland realising its overall vision, which is to 'advance healthcare through digital innovation'.
