Your new role:
This is a senior clinical leadership role responsible for delivering high-level Drug Use Evaluation (DUE) services while contributing to education, research, and quality use of medicines across Logan and Beaudesert Hospitals.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary Drug Use Evaluation (DUE) activities across hospital services
- Deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services, including complex case management and evidence-based decision-making
- Drive quality improvement through clinical audits, research, and development of protocols and guidelines
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and education to pharmacists, interns, and students
About you:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated clinical pharmacist who brings strong leadership capability and a passion for improving medication safety and patient outcomes.
- Demonstrated high-level clinical pharmacy expertise across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Proven ability to lead, educate, and influence multidisciplinary teams to improve medication safety outcomes
- Strong experience in Drug Use Evaluation, quality improvement, and clinical audit/research activities
- A collaborative and values-driven professional with a commitment to integrity, respect, and patient-centred care
