The Manager, Digital Operations leads the end-to-end delivery of QRIDA's digital infrastructure, service management, and cybersecurity operations. You will ensure that digital platforms supporting over $2 billion in financial assistance are secure, scalable, and highly available for Queensland's rural communities.

As the Manager, Digital Operations you will support governance frameworks, manage operational risks, and oversees the financial performance of the Digital Operations unit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitors emerging tech trends, defines operational methods/tools, and manages team performance against strategic goals.
• Leads the authority's operational security posture, overseeing threat intelligence and day-to-day security administration.
• Directs the design and operation of cloud-first infrastructure and regional network connectivity.
• Manages system software, network support, and as a service storage environments.
• Accountable for integrated service delivery, service level management, and the service catalogue.
• Supports and coordinates the lifecycle of core business applications and oversees the resolution of complex user and system problems.

As a statutory body of the Queensland Government we have been helping primary producers and industry recover from natural disaster, improve sustainability and profitability, make a start in business, and overcome difficult conditions, for over 30 years.

As the Queensland Government's experts in rural finance, we also administer the State Government's Farm Business Debt Mediation program, the Farm Debt Reconstruction Office, conduct a biennial Rural Debt Survey, undertake research and provide advice to the Minister for Agricultural Industry Development and Fisheries and Minister for Rural Communities.
