Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
• Research, analyse, assess, audit and provide oral and written advice to Senior Management on the service delivery quality of the:
- Weapons Licensing Management System (WLMS)
- knowledge and interpretation of processes, procedures, policies and legislation
- staff performance (transactional and team related).
• Contribute to the development, implementation, maintenance and review of the Weapons Licensing Group Quality Assurance procedures and process improvements.
• Develop and implement a competency and standards framework for QA in Weapons Licensing which includes the analysis of performance, client and industry feedback and statistics.
• Assist with the review of end-to-end transactions across all elements of Weapons Licensing to ensure outcome consistency and quality results.
• Assist with policy development through the review and analysis of business operations and decision making.
• Contribute to the identification of risks, skill gaps, and knowledge development needs of individuals and teams.
• Analysis of performance, statistics and industry feedback to recommend programs of work and strategies to achieve service delivery benchmarks and continuous improvement.
• Actively contribute in a team environment and support a positive workplace culture.
• Operate with a high level of autonomy, whilst providing an effective, efficient and comprehensive client and administrative support service.
