Your new role:
As an Administration Officer, you will provide high-level reception and administrative support within a multidisciplinary mental health service, contributing to efficient patient flow and service delivery across multiple teams.
- Deliver professional front desk and enquiry support to patients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate appointments, records, and administrative processes to support care.
- Provide cross-team support, including telehealth and tribunal coordination.
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in line with legislative requirements.

- Experience in reception and administrative roles, with strong digital capability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy, professionalism, and discretion
