We're excited to welcome a Senior Podiatrist to our Podiatry, Prosthetics and Orthotics Team.

This role delivers podiatry clinical services for assessment and management of clients with High-Risk Foot complications, sub-acute foot conditions and associated comorbidities as a member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, in accordance with the goals, policies and requirements of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).
Key Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate high level, independent knowledge, expertise and skill in the provision of podiatry services commensurate with level of experience in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, existing evidence-based practice and established clinical protocols with a priority on the high-risk foot.
- Apply high-level clinical judgement to complex clinical decision making with minimal requirement for direct clinical practice supervision, exercising professional autonomy and accountability for clinical outcomes.
- Initiate, lead and contribute to quality and service improvement activities to continually improve patient/client care, including the development, review and refinement of clinical practices, procedures and protocols within the work environment.
Remuneration value up to $157,359 p.a., comprising salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4).
