Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Using your clinical judgement to manage risk and adapt care to each person's needs
- Contributing ideas, supervision and improvements that strengthen services and patient outcomes
Let's Talk About You
You're a clinician who combines capability with compassion. You value relationships, work with integrity, and take pride in helping people feel safe, respected and supported. You enjoy being part of a team that learns together, adapts to community needs, and delivers care with dignity and purpose. You'll feel proud knowing your work helps people stay active, independent and connected to what matters most.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Full registration as a Podiatrist in Australia
- Sound clinical skills with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills and a genuine, person‑centred approach
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in community, aged care or regional settings and/or a strong interest in quality improvement, supervision or service development.
Above all, you'll bring the values we live by at Darling Downs Health: compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
Your work will help build healthier futures, one step at a time.
