About the role
Step into a key leadership role at our Ripley facilities as the Administration Supervisor. In this fast-paced, high-demand environment, you'll lead and support frontline administrative teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused services across a diverse range of outpatient clinics and inpatient operations. You'll provide strong day-to-day supervision, drive performance, and act as the professional and HR reporting line for administrative staff—ensuring a cohesive, responsive, and high-performing team.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading and managing within an administrative environment, with the ability to supervise, guide, and support staff.
- Strong, well-developed administrative skills, including confident use of contemporary IT systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders at all levels, and patients.
- A self-motivated approach, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and remain adaptable while contributing to a team environment.
