Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Administration Officer!

We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our Caloundra Child Safety Service Centre team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering administrative support, offering valuable advice, and assisting in the maintenance of accurate and efficient office and information systems.

Your responsibilities will include managing administrative and financial systems for the service centre and its associated facilities, along with providing general administrative support as required. This is a front facing role that supports the day-to-day operation of the Service Centre, ensuring effective outcomes for both internal and external clients. The position includes answering incoming phone calls and attending to front counter enquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Role Specific/ Technical Skills:

Required - Substantial knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs in particular, you have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
Desired - Knowledge and experience in using SAP, Aurion and SAS (both human resource and finance modules).
