We are seeking a Head of Department - Industrial Design and Technologies to lead a forward thinking program that inspires creativity, problem-solving and real-world application of design principals. As Head of Department - Industrial Design and Technologies you will provide strategic and industrial leadership, ensuring high quality teaching and learning across subjects such as design, engineering, and technologies. This is a temporary full-time position until 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Lead the department in developing and committing to a shared educational vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Embed socially just practices while maintaining high expectations for student achievement and staff performance.
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with students, parents, government agencies, and the wider community.
- Demonstrate strategic, future-focused leadership by understanding relevant legislation and effectively managing human, financial, facility, and curriculum resources.
