What you will be doing:
- Deliver high quality advice and coordination support to colleagues and senior management on a range of topics within critical timeframes.
- Handle a high volume of requests for information as a result of enquiries made to the office.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling all knowledge and information relating to enquiries received by the office.
- Undertake high level research and analysis of information relevant to allocation projects.
- Provide inter and intra directorate liaison on behalf of the office.
- Prepare submissions, reports and correspondence on sensitive and diverse issues, including the coordination, development and implementation of Cabinet and Parliamentary requests as directed.
- Participate as part of a cohesive, high performing team in which all members' contributions are valued and encouraged.
- Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operation.
