  • Base salary range: $108,735 to $118,307 p.a. (AO5)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus great salary packaging options to increase take-home pay
  • Flexible working arrangements may be available

About your opportunity

As the Administration Services Manager for the Surgical Service Group, you will lead a team that plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, high‑quality clinical care. You will oversee the coordination of administrative services, ensuring they are responsive, efficient and aligned with the needs of a busy surgical environment.

You will also manage key business functions across the Service Group, ensuring compliance with legislative, organisational and Department of Health requirements. Your leadership will help drive operational performance, support strategic priorities and strengthen the systems and processes that enable excellent patient care.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys improving systems, and is confident building strong relationships with clinical and administrative teams.
