The Department of Education is seeking a Director, Business Solutions and Advice to lead a high-performing advisory function within the Finance, Procurement and Facilities Branch.
This role sits at the centre of complex, high-impact work, partnering with senior leaders across the Department to
improve performance, solve critical challenges and support informed decision making.
You will lead a team delivering financial, analytical and business advisory services across a diverse portfolio of initiatives.

About You:
You bring a background in consulting, advisory, audit or business improvement and are comfortable operating in complex environments.
You will demonstrate:

- The ability to navigate ambiguity and translate insight into action.
- A track record of delivering outcomes, not just recommendations.
- Sound judgement and decision-making capability.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience within government or large organisations is highly regarded.
