What you'll do
As the Manager of the Healthcare Improvement Unit you will lead multidisciplinary teams and partner with stakeholders statewide to drive impactful healthcare improvement, manage complex programs and priorities, provide high‑level strategic advice, champion best practice models of care and ensure safe, high quality, value aligned service delivery while effectively managing people, resources and relationships across the system.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Can demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills. With the ability to influence stakeholders and lead staff across the healthcare sector.
- Has extensive experience delivering complex statewide healthcare projects, producing high level executive and ministerial correspondence and providing strategic evidence based advice.
- With a proven capability in project and program management including analysis, problem solving, schedule development and effective teamwork to achieve outcomes within tight constraints.
