What you'll do
In the Senior Analyst, Clinical Costing role, you will maintain and monitor data feeds and system interfaces to ensure accurate and reliable data flow, manage clinical costing processes including data quality and system improvements, analyse complex data to support costing and performance reporting, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights, and contribute to national reporting and system capability development.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Ability to critically analyse and interpret data and information to undertake costing and funding analysis, supported by accurate reporting.
- Demonstrated project management expertise with a track record of successfully delivering technical projects within agreed timeframes.
- Demonstrated database management and reporting skills, particularly with relational databases, complemented by knowledge of hospital information systems, data structures, and health statistics.
- Proficiency in programming, data manipulation, and statistical analysis, including experience using statistical programming packages to interrogate, extract, and transform data; skilled in handling large, complex datasets and relational databases.
- Strong time management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
