About the role

In this role you will represent clients in employment law matters, provide legal advice and task assistance to clients statewide. You will contribute to the professional development of staff by presenting continuing professional development and mentoring lawyers within the team. This role will also give you an opportunity to provide submissions that contribute to policy, procedure and law reform.

About you

You have experience in a broad range of employment law matters and the knowledge and experience you bring enables you to identify the intersection of civil law issues with other areas of law.

You demonstrate clear, concise communication including offering convincing rationale and negotiating persuasively, you engage effectively with stakeholders including clients with complex needs and use the principles of trauma informed practice.
