The Metropolitan North HR Business Partnering team are seeking a Senior Human Resources Services Officer to join our team.This position provides generalist HR advice and support to Business Managers and School Leaders
regarding employment conditions, leave entitlements, HR policies and procedures.
Our team is co-located within the Brisbane North / Moreton Bay area with offices in Nundah and North Lakes as potential base locations. Flexible work arrangements are available and can be negotiated.

About the Role
As the Senior Human Resources Services Officer you will provide operational advice and support in relation to services across the range of human resource management functions to schools and/or the region and participate in the implementation of systemic priorities and initiatives.
You will have responsibility for the following:
- Use departmental tools and resources (including online systems, excel, TSS) to query and retrieve data storedin corporate information systems, and to analyse and present data to be utilised in workforce planning.
- Develop, maintain, update and analyse periodic reports specific to human resource management.
- Employ high level computer literacy to use appropriate software programs and utilise a range of recording andtracking tools that support human resources and payroll management functions.
- Provide operational advice and support in relation to a diverse range of human resources and payrollmanagement policies and practices.
