We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer IBM Support to our Integrated Business Management team.

The Administration Officer IBM Support provides a high level of confidential administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Health. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies.

 In this role you will have the opportunity to support the IBM Team in a diverse range of areas including;

  • The Data Validation Officer Personnel Register to ensure data integrity within SCHHS Personnel Register and SCUH ID Cards, through data quality activities to maintain the accuracy of information contained within the staff identification systems.
  • The SCUH Car Parking team to ensure staff passes are maintained appropriately, providing a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • The BSO Fleet and Staff Travel with daily tasks including booking management and vehicle moves.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administration support to the Data Validation Officer PR, SCUH Car park Team, Fleet Services and Staff Travel as required.
  • Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land, and pays respect to Elders past, present and future.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entry with the use of systems that manage each service including, QFleet and IVMS, Point Parking, QTravel, Infiniti, PR and associated databases.
  • Identify issues within the systems and correct data errors, liaising directly with internal customers providing advice to teams with a solutions-based focus.

Salary rates: $39.98 - $44.46 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (Fixed Term Temporary Part-time position, hours negotiable, for up to 3 months).
