An exciting opportunity exists for a Principal (PR8) to lead an integrated campus comprising the established primary school and a new Special School at Woogaroo Creek State School in Springfield-Redbank.
This unique role brings together leadership of an existing school community with the establishment of a new Special School operating alongside it.

About the School and Opportunity
This foundation role offers the opportunity to lead the development of a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students, including students with disability and complex support needs.
Responsibilities include:
- You will shape the culture, systems and workforce foundations of a new school, embedding socially just and inclusive practices in daily school life and setting high standards for student and staff performance.
- Co-location with the primary setting provides a strong platform for professional collaboration, shared learning and inclusive practice.
- You will promote meaningful participation of students in educational, cultural, sporting and community activities alongside their peers, fostering connection across the broader school community.
- You will play a vital role in delivering the vision of the School and Regional Operations and Performance Division.
- You will lead teaching and learning, nurture positive relationships between students, staff and stakeholders, and actively contribute to the broader education and corporate arenas.
- Reporting to the School Supervisor, you will manage human, financial and physical resources to achieve sustainable, high-quality outcomes.
- You will directly supervise two Heads of School (Primary and Special School), providing strategic direction, support and performance oversight to ensure alignment of vision, practice and outcomes across the integrated campus.
- You will also build and sustain productive partnerships with families, regional teams, other government agencies, community groups and external providers to support improved outcomes for students and strengthen community confidence in the school.

- Proven leadership of curriculum, teaching and learning that delivers quality outcomes for students, including those with diverse and complex needs
- The ability to lead a school community to develop, articulate and commit to clear, shared educational vision
- Strong interpersonal capability and a demonstrated capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships within and beyond the school community
- Strategic thinking, analytical capability and sound judgement to influence improvement and shape the school's future direction
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage human, financial and physical resources to deliver high-quality organisational outcomes
- A clear commitment to values-based, ethical leadership and the embedding of inclusive and socially just practices in daily school life.
