Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • You will provide administrative and financial support within a high-volume school environment.
  • Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will assist with the delivery of financial services, including accounts payable and receivable, corporate card management, procurement, general ledger maintenance, end-of-day reconciliation, and student finance processes.
  • You will also contribute to the provision of general administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the school.

  • You will have demonstrated experience in financial administration and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment with competing priorities.
  • You will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
