Step Into Your Next Chapter:
- Provide technical support to staff and students across a range of hardware, software, devices, and systems
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, networks, and classroom technology
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of school ICT infrastructure, including user accounts and access permissions
- Coordinate and prioritise ICT support requests to ensure timely resolution
- Support the rollout of new technologies, upgrades, and system improvements
- Maintain accurate asset registers, documentation, and service records
- Ensure compliance with departmental, privacy, and cybersecurity policies
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior support staff where required
- Work collaboratively with school leadership and teaching staff to support digital learning initiatives

Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience providing ICT support in a busy environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows devices, printers, networks, and common software applications
- Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and device deployments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
- Current knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices
- Hold a current Blue Card & Orange Card
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a school or education setting
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, or similar systems
- Knowledge of audio-visual/classroom presentation technology
- Experience supporting BYOD programs or student devices
- Relevant ICT qualifications or certifications
- Experience supervising or mentoring staff
