About Your Role
As a Senior Pharmacist within this department, you will deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services across Critical Care, Emergency and Patient Flow.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services across ED, ICU, and inpatient settings
- Manage complex medication therapy and provide expert clinical advice
- Act as a key clinical resource for pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams
- Support safe transitions of care through medication reconciliation and discharge planning
- Contribute to development of clinical protocols, policies, and evidence-based practice
About You
You are an experienced pharmacist with strong clinical capability in acute care settings and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
You will bring:
- Strong clinical experience in critical care, emergency, or acute inpatient settings
- Advanced clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex caseloads with autonomy and confidence
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in high-demand environments
