About the role:

This is a role where your expertise truly makes a difference. As our AODS Psychologist, you'll bring high-level clinical skills to the frontline, supporting people navigating alcohol and other drug challenges with empathy, insight and evidence-based care. You'll champion harm reduction and primary health care approaches, meeting clients where they're at and helping them take meaningful steps forward. From one-on-one support to broader community impact, this role is all about connection, real conversations, and creating positive change where it matters most.

About you:

You're a qualified Psychologist with an APAC-accredited four-year degree and current general registration with AHPRA (PsyBA) — but more than that, you're someone who genuinely connects with people. You bring curiosity, compassion and a down-to-earth approach, making it easy to build trust and have the conversations that matter. You're passionate about supporting individuals on their journey, and you're ready to use your skills to make a real impact in both clinical settings and the wider community.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $13,113 p.m. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
