Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide team leadership and coordination of work activities for a team of system analysts ensuring daily work allocation is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Assist Manager WFM Production Support with workload allocation by ensuring change management documentation, registers and processes are complied with and Quality Assurance checks completed.
  • Undertake a lead role to ensure effective, client focussed teamwork by developing an understanding of the roles and duties of team members within the team and across CTS and Corporate Enterprise Solutions, and by collaboratively determining a skills transfer program to achieve outcomes with a commitment to quality and customer service.

Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities):

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated ability to apply integrated ERP knowledge in such activities as business analysis, solution configuration, second level support, and implementation of solution change control processes and project activities.
  • Demonstrated extensive business analysis experience, including coaching and mentoring of other business analysts, and ability to work across teams to manage an integrated systems solution.
  • Demonstrated extensive client service skills including prioritising of work, working to deadlines and service level timelines.
