Are you passionate about recruitment and candidate care? We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Advisor – Candidate Care to join the Internal Candidate Care team within the Department of Health. There are two exciting temporary full-time opportunities for three (3) and up to six (6) months respectively. In this role, you will work across national and international state-wide recruitment campaigns, assisting with the attraction of top talent to Queensland Health. The role
As the Recruitment Advisor – Candidate Care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to candidates throughout their process with Queensland Health. You will also provide support to multiple Health and Hospital Services participating in the Recruitment Campaigns both nationally and internationally and ensure effective coordination of candidate management, candidate care processes and stakeholder engagement.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated:
- High level communication, interpersonal, liaison and consultation skills to work within the framework of a cross-functional matrix structure.
- Specialist knowledge and experience in the delivery of contemporary recruitment and selection techniques, methodologies, visa, immigration and services.
- Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships to deliver high end services to a diverse range of clients within a complex organisation.
- Experience in the provision of HR advice in a complex environment, reporting andfollowing procedures and guidelines.
