About Your Role

As the Director Support Officer, you will provide comprehensive, confidential, and high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Nursing & Midwifery Practice Development Unit. 

In this role, you will:

  • Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting coordination
  • Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Director
  • Screen and manage incoming communications, emails, and enquiries
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce administration processes
  • Manage rostering, leave, payroll documentation, and HR processes

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in executive or senior administrative support roles
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong diary management, coordination, and organisational skills
  • Experience with HR systems, rostering, and workforce processes
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital settings (highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of systems such as myHR, S4HANA, MSHLearn (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team
