- Driving improvement, using data, evidence and insight to strengthen safety, quality and patient outcomes
- Shaping culture, mentoring others and contributing ideas that improve how care is delivered and experienced
Let's Talk About You
You bring both confidence and compassion to your practice. You lead calmly when things are complex, communicate clearly, and believe great care is built on trust and teamwork. You take pride in helping others grow, improving systems that matter, and knowing your work makes a real difference for patients and colleagues alike. You're here to lead with integrity, innovate thoughtfully, and support care that treats every person with dignity.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with current authority to practise in Australia
- Strong clinical experience with the ability to manage complex situations and guide others
- A collaborative mindset with well‑developed leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience leading quality or safety initiatives and/or postgraduate study relevant to your clinical setting.
Above all, you'll live our values—Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage—and use them to create care you're proud of and impact that lasts.
