From coordinating daily operations to supporting staff to meet high standards, your work underpins the delivery of trusted healthcare services.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Coordinating operational services to ensure clean, safe and well-functioning environments
  • Leading and supporting teams to meet quality, safety and performance expectations
  • Applying sound judgement to solve issues and keep services running seamlessly
  • Working closely with stakeholders to uphold standards, compliance and service outcomes

Let's talk about you!

You're someone who takes pride in creating environments where people feel safe, respected and cared for. You bring consistency, fairness and calm leadership to your work, even when priorities shift. What motivates you is knowing your coordination and support enable teams to do their best work and patients to receive care with dignity. You act with integrity, communicate clearly, and look for better ways of working that benefit your team and the wider community.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Experience supervising or coordinating operational or facilities-based services
  • Strong time management, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work confidently with policies, safety standards and quality requirements
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to respectful, ethical practice

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare or large, complex service environments and/or have led teams across shift-based or 24/7 operations.

Above all, you'll bring the values we live by at Darling Downs Health—Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage—and apply them in everything you do.

In this role, your leadership helps create safe spaces, strong teams and care experiences the community can trust.
