Help shape and support an integrated transport system for Queensland! This role provides a mix of practical, creative and administrative support to help deliver clear, well presented information and support key business activities. You will assist with the development of reports, templates and visual content, maintain digital resources, and support team coordination through effective administration, scheduling and document management. Working collaboratively, you will contribute to multiple projects at once and help ensure processes, information and materials are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.

An exciting permanent, flexible full-time position exists within the Transport System Asset Management Unit Team. The Transport System Asset Management Unit leads investment planning for the state‑controlled road network and builds asset management capability across Transport and Main Roads through effective systems, processes and data that support delivery of QTRIP. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Creating infographics, images and documents using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
- Provide support to the Senior Advisor (Transport System Asset Management) with updating the annual State of the Asset Report and other key reports.
- Development and maintenance of templates and develop formal processes to document regular unit activities.

- Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
Requirements of the role
- Experience working with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar, or the ability to learn the necessary skills
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and to be an active member of the team.
- Experience providing administrative support and working with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to provide support on multiple projects at any time, ensuring key deliverables are achieved in a timely manner.
