Your new Role:

As a Registered Nurse in a busy Level 4 Emergency Department managing ~56,000 presentations annually, you will deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based care across adult and paediatric patients. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and support education, research and continuous improvement. You will practice with increasing autonomy, lead care delivery when required, and play a key role in achieving optimal patient outcomes across hospital and community settings.

About You:

You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse with emergency experience, committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care in a fast-paced environment. You will have:

• Demonstrated ED experience with strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to prioritise and adapt in a high-pressure setting
• Effective communicator and collaborative team member
• Commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice
