We are proud of our supportive school culture. As Head of Department (Middle Schooling), you will lead a team to design and deliver innovative and responsive curricular and co-curricular programs across Years 9 and 10.  

You will contribute to the broader strategic agenda of the school as a member of Calliope's Leadership Team.

The Perfect Fit:

  • Ability to build positive relationships with staff, students and the community.
  • Ability to be the line manager for a group of staff, building their confidence and capability in curriculum, pedagogy and classroom management.
