As Head of Department - Teaching and Learning you will lead a dedicated coaching team. This team supports teachers to deliver engaging and challenging curriculum and pedagogy. The role also includes a curriculum leadership responsibility in the Languages KLA. This is a temporary full-time position until 18 September 2026, unless otherwise determined.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead the department in developing and committing to a shared educational vision that prioritises high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Promote equity by embedding socially just practices and maintaining high expectations for student and staff performance.
- Engage in and support ongoing professional learning, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain partnerships with students, parents, government agencies, and the wider community.
- Manage resources strategically and operate with a future-focused mindset, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
