About the role
Provide efficient coordination, supply and collection of safe and clean equipment that complies with Regulatory Safety Testing and infection control standards to support the needs of clinical areas through out RBWH and associated facilities.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Work with all Patient Flow Services (PFS) personnel to support the maintenance of patient flow across all services of the hospital and into the community, assisting to meet key hospital KPI's related to Patient Flow and ensure financial integrity and best use of budget and resources pertaining to clinical equipment and clinical consumables.
- Build sustainable relationships with staff, patients and visitors using strong communication and negotiation skills to understand their needs and deliver a high-quality service that meets their needs within relevant policies and guidelines.
- Ability to work and communicate respectfully in a small team environment. Proactively plan, organise, and manage time effectively within set time frames. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a team to achieve the best outcomes.
