About the role

In this senior leadership role, you will oversee Patient Support Services and Protective Services, ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality support services for staff, patients, and visitors, aligned with Metro North Health policies and standards. You will be a key member of the CKW Facility Services senior management team and play a pivotal role in driving performance, quality improvement, and service excellence.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Lead the development of a healthy workplace and values-driven culture throughout the hospital, contributing to a high performing culture across Metro North Health.
  • Provide timely and high-level advice to the Director Facility Services to develop strategic and operational plans and initiatives, and the management of organisational change to ensure a continuous quality improvement cycle is applied.
  • Plan, organise and review resources and operations to ensure congruence with MNH mission, goals, and strategic objectives and actively and positively contribute to the future state of CKW.
