Your new role:
As the Advanced Radiographer (Cancer Care Imaging Team Leader), you will provide expert clinical leadership and coordinate specialised cancer imaging services across multiple sites by:
- Delivering advanced Cancer Care Medical Imaging services with a strong patient-centred focus
- Leading imaging coordination across inpatient, outpatient and multidisciplinary cancer pathways
- Acting as the key liaison between radiologists, oncologists, surgeons, nursing and allied health teams
- Managing workflows, access, turnaround times and imaging priorities to support treatment schedules
- Providing supervision, mentoring and professional governance for Radiographers and support staff
- Driving service improvement, innovation, research and evidence-based practice initiatives
- Supporting workforce planning, recruitment, performance development and succession planning
About you:
You are a highly capable and motivated Medical Imaging professional who thrives in complex healthcare environments with:
- Advanced clinical expertise in diagnostic radiography and cancer care imaging services
- Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practice professional
- Queensland Licence to Use Irradiating Apparatus (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proven leadership experience in team coordination, mentoring and service delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Experience managing competing priorities, operational workflows and performance outcomes
- A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and delivering compassionate patient care

Logan Hospital:
