We're excited to welcome a Senior Allied Health Clinician to our School Aged Development and Behaviour Clinic.
The senior allied health practitioner will provide specialised neurodevelopmental and behavioural assessment and management for children. The role is to provide an integrated understanding of the developmental, medical, biological, psychosocial, behavioural and cultural contributors to a child's functional impairment to ensure that appropriate goals can be set and access to evidence-informed interventions can be planned.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide high level clinical advice, education and influence towards a common patient-centred vision and direction to professional operational teams and relevant stakeholders regarding service delivery.
- Provide leadership oversight and clinical practice supervision to less experienced allied health practitioners and students as delegated.
- Communicate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to influence the culture towards a common, patient-centred vision and direction.
Salary rates: $64.64 - $69.55 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed term temporary part-time position available for backfill opportunities throughout 2026).
